SEASONAL RENTAL FOR LEISURE OR HOLIDAY PURPOSES ONLY – MIN. 32 DAYS MAX. 11 MONTHS We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes. This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. This charming 25m2 studio apartment is available for rent in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona. The main room has a double bed and has both A/C and heating, and exposed-brick walls as well as a wardrobe with shelving. The kitchen is fully-equipped with cutlery and crockery and has a small electric stove, a microwave, and a dining table and chairs. This apartment does not have a washing machine as there is no space and there is no proper facility for its use, so you should go to the launderette which is a 5-minute walk away. There is a bakery and a tobacco shop close to the apartment, and Torrassa Metro station is just seconds away too. There is also a small supermarket nearby, so you won't have to walk far to do your shopping! There is a launderette around a 5-minute walk away, and there is a park right beside the apartment.
